Vibratory Bag Compaction Table :-
The use of FIBC or jumbo bags is now the most preferred among process industries. The challenge is to utilize the full volumetric capacity of this bag during filling. It is a must to have an automated system during filling to ensure air pocket release, thereby achieving total weight capacity.
“INDPRO” Vibratory Bag Compaction Table is a perfect machine to use for Jumbo Bag and even small bags of 25 kg / 50 Kg.
Flat Table Top is used for Jumbo Bags placed over wooden or plastic pallets. The Filling machine is coupled with vibrator motors of the table to provide an ON / OFF operational signal.
Grid Top is used for Jumbo Bags placed over wooden or plastic pallets which is moving over a Roller Conveyor. Air springs are used for Grid’s up and down movement and also for the vibration isolation.
Side Grid is used to provide sideways vibrations during filling of 25/50 kg bags in a bagging machine system.
