Industrial Vibratory Feeder Solutions

Among many horizontal transport methods available for dry bulk solids, Vibratory Conveyors are selected to use when the conveying requirements are gentle / hygiene / dust free etc.

INDPRO EngineersVibratory Conveyor is a perfect tailor chosen Vibratory Horizontal Conveying. This equipment can be constructed in MS/ SS304/SS316 MOCs with process specific conveying surface preparation needs & additions. Depending on the application, our conveying systems can also be combined with Bin Activators and Bin Fluidizers to improve material discharge from silos and storage hoppers.

Standard two conveying profiles are manufactured as their name suggest :-

Vibratory Tube Conveyor

A tube is driven by a contra-rotating pair of Vibratory motors to generate linear vibrations in a horizontal plane.  This is very simple but great utility equipment and preferred over traditional screw conveyors for demanding conveying requirements. “INDPRO Engineers” Vibratory Tube Conveyor constructed with required sense of specific process needs.

    FAQ About Vibratory Feeder

A vibrating feeder is used to transfer bulk materials from a storage hopper, bin, or silo to the next stage of a production process at a controlled and consistent rate. It ensures a smooth material flow, reduces blockages, and improves the efficiency of material handling systems

A vibrating feeder, belt feeder, screw feeder, and rotary feeder are the four most common types of feeders used in bulk material handling systems. A vibrating feeder uses vibration to move materials smoothly and consistently, a belt feeder transports heavy bulk materials using a conveyor belt, a screw feeder moves powders and granular materials through a rotating screw for precise feeding, and a rotary feeder controls the discharge of bulk materials while maintaining an airtight seal. These feeders are widely used in industries such as mining, cement, chemical processing, food manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and power plants to ensure efficient, continuous, and controlled material flow.

A vibratory feeder controller works by regulating the electrical power supplied to the vibrating feeder, allowing precise control over the vibration frequency and amplitude. By adjusting these parameters, the controller controls the speed and flow rate of materials being fed from a hopper or bin to the next stage of the production process. This ensures a smooth, consistent, and accurate material feed, minimizes material spillage and blockages, reduces energy consumption, and improves the overall efficiency and reliability of bulk material handling systems across industries such as mining, cement, food processing, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals.

INDPRO Engineers manufactures high-quality vibratory feeder bowls designed to provide precise, reliable, and consistent feeding of components in automated production lines. Built using durable materials and advanced engineering, INDPRO Engineers' vibratory feeder bowls are customized to meet specific application requirements across industries such as automotive, pharmaceuticals, electronics, packaging, and general manufacturing. Their feeder bowls are engineered for high performance, low maintenance, and improved operational efficiency, ensuring smooth and continuous material handling.
